Pritchard Volk Consulting Process

Philosophy

Thoroughly understanding the WHY is at the heart of our discovery process. We ask the hard questions:

  • Why are you in business?
  • Why should people do business with you?
  • What differentiates you from your competitors?

Developing marketing strategies to capture the WHY and defining the HOW to translate them into action defines the planning stage. Getting these two stages right is critical to saving time and money downstream, and ultimately ensuring better success with each targeted campaign.

Our clients are not passive bystanders! We believe that we can arrive at the best solutions by partnering with the people who know their business best – our clients themselves. The approach we use is a well-defined interactive process that keeps you engaged at every step, while recognizing that you also have an organization to run.

Louise Pritchard

I gained such inspiration from the wonderfully positive spirit of the children being treated for cancer or other life threatening illnesses at Egleston. It seems to put life in perspective and the importance of living a legacy of giving.

She gains creative strength from nature whether it is while she is hiking or observing human behavior in the hustle and bustle of the New York City streets. –Sherry Volk

Sherry L Volk

Sherry learned a life lesson in critical thinking at the hands of her third grade teacher. Asked to vote by show of hands about two possible perpetrators of a prank depicted in a cartoon, Sherry didn’t raise her hand. The teacher called her on it, pressing her to choose. A little voice in her head whispered, “There isn’t enough evidence. You don’t know.” Pressed to answer, however, she went with the majority opinion for fear of being the laughing stock of her peers. Of course, the right answer was, “I don’t know,” and Sherry immediately regretted that she didn’t take the bold stand. She carries that lesson with her, and to this day she highly values critical, independent thinking.
