Pritchard Volk Consulting was instrumental in the development of our strategic marketing plan and new economic development website. As opposed to a one style fits all approach, they took the time to listen to our specific needs. This included meeting with numerous representatives of businesses from various industry segments. Their innovative approach allowed us to modernize our product, without losing site of our core.

Throughout the entire process, Pritchard Volk was easy to work with, always highly professional and focused on our needs. I am very pleased to have had the opportunity to work with them and with the outcome of their efforts.

Russell Seymour, Director, James City County Economic Development

I was in between marketers.  While reading the Southern C blog I read about Louise Pritchard and Pritchard Volk Consulting, LLC. When I first spoke to Louise, I was excited that she was going to “grill me” and figure these questions out with me.  I was a little terrified and a little unsure… “How could she pull this out of me?” Well it took about 2 minutes!  She figured me out, and quickly! Yes, there was an a-ha moment. I am an artist and a storyteller. The process worked. I love putting myself in the hands of professionals. I think going through this process is a must.  Not only for those that are sure of what they do, but Louise also pushed in a way that provides growth to any business.

In 2012, the Christopher Wren Association engaged PV to study a variety of management issues. Following a series of meetings with our board members and staff, analysis of our operation, and a careful review of other life long learning programs, we received a well-crafted set of recommendations for our consideration. Several of those recommendations have been instituted for 2013, and have already resulted in a significant increase in our dues paying membership.

We could not be more pleased with their efforts on our behalf.

Joe Fisler, Past President, Christopher Wren Association
